Manas Ranjan Biswal

Mr. Manas Ranjan Biswal is a mechanical engineer who holds a master’s degree in mechanical and automotive engineering design from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Accumulating nearly a decade of professional experience in Germany, his career has been primarily centered on Research & Development roles within prestigious companies such as Robert Bosch Starter Motors & Generator GmbH, Mercedes AMG and Steinbeis BWF Esslingen. His profound passion resides in the field of engineering and innovative problem-solving. Throughout his academic journey, he played a pivotal role in various industrial projects, devising practical solutions that showcased his creativity. It’s worth highlighting that these innovative solutions led him to the grant of three patents, thereby accentuating his exceptional contributions to the field. At present, he holds the responsibility of overseeing operations a t Geomysore’s Jonnagiri site, with the goal of setting up a 1000 TPD processing plant within the specified timeframe and allocated budget. During the period from December 2022 to March 2023, he actively contributed to the establishment of a pilot-scale processing facility at Jonnagiri, demonstrating strict adherence to a predetermined timeline and a constrained budget. Furthermore, he places a strong emphasis on nurturing a culture of scientific thinking among all the team to pinpoint both technical and cost optimization prospects across various facets. Moreover, he is deeply committed to enhancing the skills of all team members, with a particular focus on upskilling the unskilled workforce

V.Govindarajan

Mr. Govindarajan has done his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and MBA in Finance. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts and Finance and he has worked in various multinational companies with experience of handling project accounting for a Hydel Project, and worked in other industries like Automobile, Software, Health Care, Automation. He is with us for the past 15 years.

General Manager – Geology & Production

C Karthikeyan

Mr. Karthikeyan Chandrasekaran has completed his post-graduation from Bharathidasan University and has 15+ years of experience in the green field and brown filed exploration for different commodities like gold, Copper and Limestone in India and Tanzania. He has worked in shear controlled hydrothermal gold mineralization in Jonnagiri Schist Belt of AP, India, Nzega greenstone belt of Tanzania and gold mineralization of Solton-Sary in Tian Shan Belt of Kyrgyzstan. He has actively involved in planning and execution of major resource drilling program of 40,000m+ of combined DDH and RC drilling and feasibility studies of Jonnagiri Gold Project. His professional expertise includes exploration project planning and management, geological mapping, drill core logging & sampling, exploration data management, record maintenance for quality auditing (QAQC), surface geochemical sampling and drilling, strategic mine planning, economic evaluation of exploration and mining projects. Extensive exposure to preparing 3D models of subsurface geology and ore body, statistical and geo-statistical analysis, block modelling, resource calculation and reporting using SURPAC.

Sai Narshimha Reddy

Mr. Sai Narasimha Reddy is a qualified Mining Engineer and holding a First Class Mines Manager certificate of competency, issued by Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS)-Dhanbad for the open cast metal mines. He has a vast experience in Large Open Cast Mining in Production planning, Mine management, Organization, Blast design and optimization and Machinery utilization. He is also involved in the liaisoning with different Govt. departments like Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM), Department of Mines and Geology (DMG), Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB), Ground Water and Water Audit department and etc..

Manager – Statutory

Meena N

Mrs. Meena has been with GMSI for nearly 27 years. She has been involved in all statutory matters related to company’s RP/PL/ML applications. She has 20 years of experience in working on GIS softwares like Auto-Cad and Mapinfo and involved in generation of geological and topographic maps using GIS platform matching international standards. She has more than 25 years experience in correspondence with different States Governments in India related to RP/PL and ML applications.

Ram Mohan Somireddy

Mr. Ram Mohan Somireddy brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on National Highway projects across India. His career has evolved from serving as a Liaison Officer to his current leadership role as General Manager – Public Relations at Geomysore Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. In his current capacity he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s community relations and land management strategies. His key responsibilities include:

Public Relations & Community Engagement:

Fostering strong, positive relationships with local communities, including farmers and government authorities. Leading public mobilization efforts and resolving local issues through strategic communication and grassroots engagement. Providing senior management with timely updates on regional developments and offering actionable, research-driven solutions. Preparing presentations, articles, press releases, and social media content to enhance corporate visibility and public perception.

Land Acquisition & Legal Coordination:

Strategically prioritizing land acquisitions in line with organizational needs and local sensitivities. Conducting due diligence on property title documentation and overseeing the land purchase lifecycle. Coordinating with revenue departments for surveys, registrations, mutations, and other legal processes, keeping leadership informed about land acquisition progress and advising on strategic next steps.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

Identifying local community needs and aligning CSR initiatives with corporate objectives. Planning and executing CSR activities in collaboration with local stakeholders, government bodies, and company leadership. He is broad expertise across public relations, infrastructure development, land management, and legal processes, combined with his deep-rooted understanding of regional dynamics, makes him a key figure in driving community engagement and sustainable development initiatives at Geomysore Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.
